General Notes:
Revolutionary War, 1775 on the Lexington Alarm list from the town of Lyme, CT. He was promised a sergeant's commission if he would go home and in the space of 8 days enlist 10 men to return with him. He enlisted 12 men the day after he came home and they returned to the army in Roxbury. He served as Sgt. for the year.
