Estate file of William Brady from the Superior Court of California. Received 29 July 2005 William Brady married Harriet Hayes in 1883. They had no children and she died in 1894. William died about 28 October 1909. In 1913 the descendents of Harriet Hayes (from a previous marriage) recieved 1/2 of William's estate. The other half went to the State of California. Charles Brady filed a motion to vacate Decree of Distributuion. Charles claimed he was a half-brother of William's father, William Brady. Exhibit "C" has details of Charles' family. His motion was denied. |
